Chicken & Dumplings - Ginny Seng

3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut up in small cubes
2 qts. water                                          
6-8 chicken bouillon cubes
1 clove of pressed garlic                    
1 tbsp finely chopped onion 
1 tsp parsley flakes                            
Salt/pepper to taste
3-4 drops of yellow food coloring

Simmer the above ingredients until chicken is cooked through and tender

3 cups of Bisquick                              
1 cup of milk
1 tsp. parsley flakes

Combine the ingredients above, then drop by heaping tablespoons into boiling chicken broth; reduce heat; cook uncovered 10 minutes; cover & cook 10 minutes more.
