¼ cup flour
¼ cup margarine, melted
½ tsp baking powder
8oz monterey jack cheese, cubed
Beat eggs until light. Whisk in flour, butter, baking powder and onion salt until mixture is smooth. Stir in cheeses and chilies. Pour into greased shallow 1½ quart baking dish, square or round. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes or until firm and well browned. Cut into squares or wedges.
