Cream Cheese Celery - Michael Fletcher

1 lb cream cheese                                               
2 tbsp finely grated carrot                 
¼ cup finely chopped pecans
⅓ cup horseradish

3 bunches celery

Combine cheese, horseradish and carrot, blend well.  Fill celery stalks with mixture.  Sprinkle with nuts.
