Chocolate Cake - Barbara Seng

2 cups flour                                          
2 cups sugar
1 stick margarine                                
4 tbsp cocoa
1 cup water                                          
½ cup shortening
2 eggs                                                    
1 tsp cinnamon
½ cup buttermilk                                
1 tsp baking soda
1 stick margarine                                
4 tbsp cocoa
1 box powdered sugar                       
1 tsp vanilla
5-6 tbsp milk

Combine flour and sugar and set aside.  Melt margarine on stove top with cocoa, water and shortening.  Bring to a boil.  Remove from heat and add flour and sugar.  Beat well.  Add eggs and cinnamon.  Mix buttermilk and soda in a separate bowl and set aside for a couple minutes.  Then mix into the batter.  Pour into greased 9x13 pan and bake at 375º for 30 minutes.  In a saucepan melt 1 stick of margarine with 4 tbsp cocoa and bring to a boil.  Remove from heat and add powdered sugar, vanilla and milk.  Mix well and pour over cake.
