6 eggs

In one bowl mix eggs, sugar, flour, lemon juice, and vanilla. In another bowl mix very soft cream cheese and cream. Mix both mixtures together until completely blended, no lumps, BEAT, BEAT, BEAT! Make your crust in the bottom of a 10 inch springform pan. Pour cake mixture over the crust and bake at 325º for one hour. Do not disturb the cake, gently crack oven open after one hour and turn off oven. Allow cake to finish in cooling oven for 10 hours. Put in fridge for 8 hours more before serving.
