⅛ tsp salt
⅛ tsp cream of tartar
¾ cup sugar
12oz chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
Beat egg whites
until frothy. Add salt and cream of tartar, beating together until stiff but
not dry. Add sugar 2 tbsp at a time, beating well. Fold in chocolate chips and vanilla. Drop by spoonful onto brown paper. Bake at
300º for 25 minutes.
