½ cup confectioners sugar

tbsp + 2 tsp cocoa
¼ cup semisweet chocolate chips (chilled and finely ground)½ tsp ground cinnamon
Combine
all ingredients in a small bowl; stir until well blended. Store in an airtight container.
TO
MAKE:
Melt
¼ cup butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
Stir in 2 tbsp. of Chocolate-Cinnamon Popcorn Spice. Pour over 3 cups of popped popcorn. Stir well.
