½ cup firmly packed parsley without stems
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
¼ cup slivered almonds
2 cloves garlic, quartered
¼ tsp. salt
¼ cup oil
In a
blender container or food processor bowl combine cilantro, parsley, Parmesan cheese, almonds, garlic and salt.
Cover and blend or process with several on-off turns until a paste
forms. Scrape sides several times. With machine running gradually add oil and
blend to consistency of soft butter.
