4 qts peeled chopped tomatoes, chopped
1 cup sweet red peppers, chopped
1 cup green peppers, chopped
1 small hot red pepper, chopped
3 tbsp salt
½ cup sugar
1 tbsp white mustard seed
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp ground allspice
1 tsp cinnamon
1½ cups vinegar
Cook
vegetables, salt and sugar until mixture begins to thicken. Add vinegar and spices.
Cook until mixture thick sauce.
Pour in hot jars and seal.
