White Sauce - Mark Seng
2 tbsp margarine
dash of pepper
2 tbsp flour
1 cup milk
¼ tsp salt
In a small saucepan melt butter.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
Add milk
all at once.
Cook and stir over med. heat until thickened and bubbly.
Cook 1‑2 more minutes.
Makes 1 cup.
