Cold Sauerkraut Salad - Nancy Fletcher

1 large jar sauerkraut, drained         
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped                
1 cup celery, diced
1½ cups sugar                                     
1 cup vinegar
½ cup oil

Toss sauerkraut with fork and add green pepper, onion and celery.  Combine sugar, vinegar and oil and pour over sauerkraut and let chill for 24 hours.
