4oz shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup chopped scallions
4 eggs
1 cup evaporated skim milk
½ tsp salt
Spray
8” glass pie plate with PAM. Combine
crabmeat, cheese, and scallions. Press mixture over the bottom and up sides of
plate. Use wire whisk to beat eggs, milk, salt, mustard and
pepper. Pour over crabmeat. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 400º for 30 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
