4 green onions, finely chopped
1 tsp finely chopped fresh dill
salt & pepper
2 tbsp vinegar
1 cup sour cream
Soak
cucumber slices in ice water until very crisp. Drain and dry in a cloth and arrange in a
dish. Mix sour cream with green onions, dill, salt & pepper and
vinegar. Pour over the cucumbers and chill 30 minutes.
