Dutch Apple Pie - Mark Seng

8 Jonathan apples, peeled & sliced 
½ cup plus 1 tbsp flour
1-9 inch pie crust                                
dash of salt
⅓ cup sugar                                         
½ cup butter
1 tsp cinnamon                                   
½ cup packed brown sugar

Spread apples in pastry shell.  Combine sugar, cinnamon, 1 tbsp flour, and salt;  sprinkle over apples.  Combine butter, ½ cup flour and brown sugar; mix well.  Sprinkle over top of pie.  Bake at 400º for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 350º and bake for 20‑30 more minutes
