Egg Foo Young - Barbara Seng

(After checking the recipe with Barbara, we tried this and it was great.  Serve with some rice and you’ve got an authentic Chinese meal!)

1 lb ground beef, browned,drained 
7-8 eggs
2 cans Chinese vegetables                
1 small onion, chopped finely

Mix well in bowl and drop by tablespoonful in greased skillet.  Fry like pancakes.
