Chicken Crunch - Charlene Fletcher

1 can golden mushroom soup          
2 lbs chicken pieces
¾ cup water                                         
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp onion, chopped                       
1 cup finely crushed herb-stuffing mix

Mix ⅓ cup of the soup, ¼ cup water and onion.  Dip chicken pieces in this and roll in stuffing mix.  Place in baking dish and drizzle with butter.  Bake at 400º for 1 hour.  Mix remaining soup and water, heat and serve as sauce with chicken pieces.
