Flour Tortillas - Barbara Seng

4 cups flour                                          
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder                        
cup oil

Mix together and add 1¼  to 1½ cups very warm water a little at a time.  Knead dough then let stand 15 - 30 minutes. Make into 18 - 20 small flat round biscuits then roll or pull dough until flat.  Cook on medium hot grill, first one side then flip to other side and then return to first side again.
