Ethiopian Bread - Barbara Seng

3 cups warm water                             
2½ cups self rising flour
3 tbsp unflavored sparkling soda water

Mix well in blender until no lumps.  Heat teflon frying pan to 400º.  Just before frying stir in sparkling soda water.  Pour one soup ladle of mixture on side of pan and tip so it covers the pan.  Bake (fry) until edges curl - do not turn. Remove from pan and cool on towel.
