Debbie’s Pizza Crust - Mark Seng

2½ cups flour                                      
1 cup warm water
1 pkg yeast                                          
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp salt

Combine yeast, l¼ cup flour, salt.  Stir in water and oil.  Beat on low for 30 seconds, then high for 3 minutes.  Add flour to desired consistency.  Knead 5 minutes.  Cover and let rest for 10 minutes.  Bake at 12 minutes if untopped, 15‑22 minutes if topped.
