Fluffy Uncooked Frosting - Mark Seng

1 egg white                                           
½ cup boiling water
1 cup sugar                                          
½ tsp vanilla
¼ tsp cream of tartar

Combine egg white, sugar, and cream of tartar in large bowl.  Add boiling water and mix at once with electric beater.  Beat until thick and fluffy.  Add vanilla.  Beat for 20‑25 minutes.  Makes alot!
