7½ cups water
5 cups vinegar
½ cup plus 2 tbsp pickling salt, non iodized
6 cloves garlic
6 head fresh dill
Wash
cukes, pack into mason jars. Add 1 clove
of garlic and 1 head of dill to each jar.
Boil water, vinegar and salt.
Pour hot syrup into jars, let set 15 minutes. Pour syrup back into pan and boil again. Pour back into jars, seal, and turn
upsidedown for ½ hour.
