2 cups rolled wheat
2 cups wheat germ 1 cup bran
½ cup sesame seeds
1 cup safflower or canola oil
½ cup honey
½ cup brown sugar
1 tbsp vanilla
Mix
and toast 30-45 minutes on a baking sheet at 300º, stirring well every 15
minutes. Meanwhile, heat until dissolved
oil, honey and brown sugar. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Mix liquid with grains and bake 45 minutes to
one hour at 300º, stirring every 15 minutes.
