1 cup sesame seeds
1 cup shredded coconut 1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup soy flour
1 cup non-instant powdered milk (whey)
1 cup wheat germ
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup honey
1 cup water
Mix
well, spread on baking sheet, bake at 250º for one hour. Let cool, break into pieces and store in
paper bag.
