1-10oz pkg frozen
broccoli with cheese sauce
1-12oz can whole kernel
corn with sweet
peppers, drained
1½ cups cooked ham (or turkey), chopped
2 cups light cream
In a
saucepan cook broccoli with cheese sauce in pouch according to
instructions. In the same pan combine
the cooked broccoli with cheese sauce, corn and ham chunks.
Stir in the cream. Cook until
heated through, stirring occasionally.
Serve chowder immediately with bread or crackers.
