Hamburger Enchiladas - Amy Seng

1 lb hamburger                                    
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper                                         
2 tbsp flour
2-3 tsp chili pepper                             
2 cans tomato sauce                          
corn tortillas                                         
2 cans water (in tomato cans)
diced onions                                        
grated cheddar cheese
sliced olives                                          
diced avocado
sour cream                                           
chopped lettuce

Brown the hamburger and drain any grease.  Add salt and pepper and then stir in the flour and then the chili powder.  Next add the tomato sauce and water.  Simmer 10 minutes.  While it is simmering, prepare the other ingredients.  When time is up, soak tortillas in meat mixture for 1 minute each.  Take one out and place it on a plate.  Spoon some of the meat and sauce on top of the tortilla.  Then layer cheese, sour cream, olives, avocados, lettuce and onions.
