½ cup crushed cornflakes
1 egg
½ small onion, minced
Mix
well and pat into 9 inch pie pan.  Bake
15 minutes at 425º and then pour off any liquid.  Meanwhile prepare instant mashed potatoes for 4 servings.  Spread over the meat and top with American
cheese slices or grated cheddar cheese.  Return to oven until cheese melts.
