1¼ cups sifted powdered sugar
¼ cup butter
¾ cup evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
In a
saucepan melt together the chocolate and butter. Gradually add sugar and milk, stirring constantly. Bring mixture to boiling, reduce heat. Cook stirring
constantly for 8 minutes. Remove
from heat and stir in vanilla. Let sauce stand for 10 minutes.
