inch cinnamon sticks
10-12oz frozen
raspberries 1½ tsp whole cloves
1 medium apple, cut into wedges
In a
large saucepan, combine apple cider, berries, cinnamon and cloves. Bring to boil and reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Cool slightly and strain mixture through a
large sieve lined with cheesecloth.
Return to saucepan and warm.
Serve warm.
