1 small onion, chopped
3 tbsp Wesson Oil
1 can whole tomatoes
1 can mushrooms
2 tsp paprika
1½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
2 tbsp flour
1 cup sour cream
Brown
beef stew meat in oil with onion. Add tomatoes, mushrooms and seasonings. Cover and simmer until meat is tender, 1½
hours, stir occasionally. Blend flour
and sour cream, gradually into meat mixture
to make gravy. Serve over noodles.
