3 cups white chocolate pieces
1-14oz can sweetened
condensed milk
2 tsp finely shredded lime peel
2 tbsp key lime juice
1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped

an 8x8x2 baking pan with foil, extending foil over the edges of the pan. Butter the foil; set aside. In a heavy saucepan stir white chocolate
baking pieces and milk over low heat just until pieces are melted and
mixture is smooth. Remove from heat.
Stir in lime juice and peel. Stir in nuts. Spread mixture evenly in the prepared pan. If desired, sprinkle a few extra macadamia
nuts over the top. Cover and chill for 2
hours or until firm. Lift fudge from pan
using extra foil from edges. Peel off
foil. Cut into square and serve.
