Layered Macaroni Shrimp Salad - Michael Fletcher

4 cups torn mixed salad greens        
2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked, drained
3 cups cheddar cheese, shredded    
2 large tomatoes, cut into wedges
2 cans shrimp, drained                      
1-10oz pkg frozen peas, thawed
4 cups red cabbage, shredded          
1½ cups mayonnaise
½ cup bottled Italian Dressing

In a large salad bowl, layer greens, macaroni, 1½ cups cheese, tomatoes, shrimp, peas, and cabbage.  Combine mayonnaise and Italian dressing, pour over the salad.  Top with 1½ cups cheese.  Chill for several hours.  Toss when ready to serve.
