1-8oz pkg cream cheese softened
2 cups boiling water
2 cups cold water
1-20oz can crushed pineapple –do not drain
1 cup whipping cream – whipped – do not substitute or sweeten
Blend
dry Jello and cream cheese with electric mixer until smooth. Add boiling water until Jello is dissolved
then add cold water and pineapple. Chill until nearly set in 13x9 pan (about 2
hours). Whip cream and fold into Jello
mixture until well mixed (no white lumps, will be uniform light green) and
chill until set (about 1 hour).
