½ cup butter
¼ cup brown sugar1 egg
1 cup flour
walnuts, finely chopped
prepared chocolate frosting
Cream
the butter and brown sugar and egg yolk.
Add flour. Make balls the size of
walnuts. Beat egg whites until foamy. Roll balls in egg whites and then in
walnuts. Place on greased baking sheet
and bake at 350º for 3 minutes. Then
press with your finger an indentation into the center of each ball. Finish baking 10-15 minutes. When cold put a dab of chocolate frosting
into the indentation in each cookie.
(Use a frosting bag with a nice tip to make it look nice!)
