Maple Syrup - Barbara Seng
1 cup water
2 cups sugar
1 tsp maple flavoring
Bring water to boil, add sugar and return to full rolling boil.
Remove from heat and stir in flavoring.
This is a thin syrup.
If you prefer thicker, add a cup of Karo Syrup and increase the flavoring to 2 tsp.
