1 large onion, chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
1 cup chopped walnuts
3 granny smith apples, chopped
1 stick butter
3 tbsp sage
salt & pepper to taste
1 lb pork sausage, mild
½ cup warm water
Tear
bread into bite sized chunks and put into a large mixing bowl. Brown the pork sausage and crumble, drain. Mix with bread, add onion, apple, sage and walnuts. Melt butter and mix with warm water, salt and
pepper. Pour over the bread and mix
thoroughly coating all the bread. Stuff
into your bird, or cook in a baking dish.
