Marie’s Chocolate Icing - Barbara Seng

1 tbsp margarine                                 
1oz unsweetened chocolate                              
1 cup powdered sugar
1½ tbsp warm water

Melt margarine and chocolate over hot (not boiling) water.  Blend in warm water.  Beat in powdered sugar until icing spreads easily.
