2 tbsp catsup
2 tbsp canola oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
¼ tsp pepper
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
4 white fish filets
Mix
all ingredients and cover fish filets with marinate and let set at least 2
hours. Broil fish 4 inches from heat
(allow 5 minutes for each ½ inch of thickness) Baste while cooking. If more than an inch thick, turn fish while
cooking. (Great with Salmon too!)
