3 lbs veal cutlets
1 tbsp flour3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp paprika
1 onion, sliced
1 cup hot water
2 cups sour cream
salt & pepper
Place
veal in hot
water and boil and rinse with cold water.
Lightly brown onions in butter, add veal and 1 cup of hot water.
Simmer for 2 hours. When meat is tender,
salt and pepper to taste. Mix paprika
and flour with sour cream and pour into veal. Let simmer for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with more paprika. Serve over hot buttered noodles.
