3 eggs                                                     
1 cup flour
1½ cups milk                                        dash salt
6 smokie links
Slice
the smokie links into thin discs, like pennies.  Mix remaining ingredients with a hand
mixer.  Fold in the sliced smokie links.  Pour batter onto a hot and well greased skillet.  Take care to make sure the smokie links are
flat on the griddle in the batter when cooking.
