Pie Crust - Mark Seng

2 cups flour                                          
½ cup very cold water
1 cup shortening                                 
1 pinch of salt 
½ cup sugar                                         
1 tsp vanilla

Mix flour, shortening, sugar, and vanilla until crumbly.  Stir in water ¼ cup at a time, until dough is the right consistency.  Roll onto lightly floured surface.  Recipe will make enough for 2 single layer pie crusts or 1 double layer pie crust.
