Pork Tenderloin - Nora Miller

pork tenderloin, sliced and pounded thin
onion, sliced                                         
salt and pepper
water                                                     
whole allspice

Brown pork tenderloin pieces in pan with onion.  Season with salt and pepper.  Add water and whole allspice.  Cover and simmer until pork is tender.  Add flour, salt, pepper to meat stock to make gravy.
