1 egg, beaten
1 onion, minced
2 tbsp flour
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking powder
2 tbsp milk

Peel and grate potatoes. Let stand for 10 minutes and pour of
liquid. Add onions. Combine grated potatoes/onion mixture with egg and blend in flour, salt, baking powder, and
milk. Grease
griddle lightly with butter. Fry fast
until golden brown. Serve with
applesauce and pork sausages.
