Quick German Potato Salad - Nora Miller

2-4 slices bacon, cut small and fried
small onion, diced
1 tbsp sugar                         
1 tbsp flour
salt and pepper                   
3 tbsp water
3 tbsp vinegar                      
1 can sliced potatoes, drained or 3 medium cooked potatoes, sliced
parsley                                  

Fry bacon.  Remove from grease and save bacon.  Combine onion, sugar, flour, salt and pepper.  Stir into drippings.  Gradually add water and vinegar.  Heat and stir.  Add potatoes, bacon and parsley.
