Ranch Potato Salad - Michael Fletcher

1 cup Ranch dressing                         
½ cup sliced green onions
2 tbsp snipped fresh dill                     
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped             
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper                                        
3 lbs red bliss or new potatoes

Boil the potatoes, with skins, until tender.  Do not over boil or they become soggy and fall apart.  Cut into chunks.  Combine all remaining ingredients with the potatoes while warm, cover and chill.
