1 cup canned pumpkin
⅓ cup sugar ¾ tsp nutmeg
¾ tsp ground ginger
1 tsp vanilla
1 small decorative pumpkin
Mix cream cheese, pumpkin, sugar, spices and vanilla with electric mixer. Hollow out small pumpkin and clean inside. Store dip in covered bowl in fridge until ready to use. Pour dip into hollowed out shell and serve with bagel chips, or other savory breads.
