Redcoat Cocktail Cheese Spread - Shirley Ciemiega

2 lb pkg Velveeta                                
1 cup mayonnaise
2-2½oz jars prepared horseradish    
6 drops Tabasco
1 lb bacon, cooked, crumbled

Cut cheese in small chunks and place in top of double boiler.  Melt over boiling water until smooth.  Stir in mayonnaise and horseradish.  Add Tabasco.  Stir in bacon.  Immediately pour into crock or glass jars.  Keeps for weeks in refrigerator or months in freezer.
