Rice and Turkey Casserole - Nancy Fletcher

(This is a great dish to use for turkey leftovers.)

3 cups cooked rice                              
salt & pepper
1 can mushroom pieces                    
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 chopped onion                                 
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce                
2 cups cubed turkey meat (cooked)
½ cup walnuts, chopped                   
bread crumbs
1 pkg pork sausage                            
grated cheddar cheese

Brown pork sausage.  Mix soup, mushrooms, Worcestershire, pork, rice turkey, onions and celery.   Season with salt & pepper to taste.   Spoon into a lightly greased casserole pan.  Sprinkle top bread crumbs and then grated cheddar cheese.  Bake at 375º for 30 minutes.
