Regi’s Turkey Meatballs - Charlene Fletcher

(We got this recipe after I was sent home from the hospital in 1996, it’s a great alternative to ground beef)

1 lb lean ground turkey                     
½ cup Italian bread crumbs
½ cup minced onion                          
⅓ cup skim milk
1 egg white slightly beaten                
½ tsp salt                              
⅓ tsp pepper                                        
⅓ cup parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350º.  Roll into medium sized balls.  Bake on cookie sheet for 25-30 minutes until brown.
