Ranch Taco Chicken Salad - Charlene Fletcher

1 tbsp oil                                               
1 tbsp chili powder                             
1-16oz pkg salad greens                    
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese       
1-8oz jar salsa                                     
1 cup Ranch Dressing                        
½ cup crushed tortilla chips              
1 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips  

Cook chicken with oil and chili powder in non-stick skillet on medium-high for 8 minutes or until chicken is completely cooked through.  Toss chicken with greens and cheese in large bowl.  Top with salsa, dressing and crushed chips before serving. (We normally just mix this all up and eat !)
