Salsa - Karen Barraclough

2 large cans stewed tomatoes, chopped
½ - ¾ bunch of fresh cilantro, chopped
2-3 green onions, chopped                
2 large cans tomato sauce
1-2 green peppers, chopped              
1 small can green chilies, mild
1 small can jalapeno peppers, mild lime juice to taste

Stir together and enjoy.  (When getting the cilantro, make sure you don’t buy parsley)  This recipe can be made to your taste, chunk, smooth, mild or hot.
